Amysamantha.com does not sell services for children, but it does sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card.
Amysamantha.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds of Digital Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions - when you cancel your premium subscription, you will be cancelling only future charges associated with your subscription. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. Please note, your subscription will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel before your next billing date. If you decide to cancel, you will still be able to access your favourite classes until your billing date arrives. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds if you forget to cancel before your next auto-renewal date.
If you need to cancel, you can do so by logging into your account, and navigating to 'My Subscriptions' where you will find an option to cancel your subscription.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

5. Availability of Purchased Digital Content and Subscription Service
Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available to you from this Service, as applicable, but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Amysamantha.com will not be liable to you if Purchased Digital Content and Subscription Service becomes unavailable for further access. Amysamantha.com reserves the right to stop supporting outdated formats or technologies, which may cause accessibility restrictions.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions that would limit my participation in the classes offered online by amysamantha.com. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes and any other activities.

I hereby WAIVER AND RELEASE amysamantha.com, its owners, officers, employees and instructors from any claim, demand and cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered through the online platform. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by amysamantha.com, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes or other activities.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
