About me
Hello, I’m Amy, a yoga teacher and wellness journalist based in Sheffield. Welcome to my little corner of calm.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2018. With a 500-hour qualification and training in hatha, restorative, yin, and pregnancy yoga, and pranayama, my classes offer a supportive space to help you connect to your breath and body through strong, steady movements. My teaching is rooted in creating balance and cultivating a sense of ease in both body and mind.

Writing is another passion of mine, and I’ve contributed to publications such as Pulse Today, Liz Earle Wellbeing, and Natural Health. Sharing knowledge and inspiration in the health and wellbeing space brings me so much joy.

When I’m not teaching or writing, you’ll find me soaking up nature’s beauty in the nearby Peak District, learning Greek online with my tutor, Stefanos, or unwinding with a book in a bubble-filled bath. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to practice with you.
